XML sitemap

The XML sitemap module creates a sitemap conforms to the sitemaps.org specification. This helps search engines to more intelligently crawl a website and keep their results up to date.
The sitemap created by the module can be automatically submitted to Bing and Google search engines (enable the module sitemap engines).

After installation enable the modules xml sitemap and xlm sitemap engines.

Go to Configuration - Search and Metatag - XML Sitemap. 'List' shows the url who was created automatic during the installation.

You can find and change this information also at Settings - Advanced settings.

After installation the sitemap (url: yoursite/sitemap.xml) show you only the frontpage url

Go to Sitemap Entities to add other urls to sitemap.
When you check 'Content' all the contenttypes will show up. Check the contenttypes you want to add to the sitemap.

With 'Configure' you can included the content to the sitemap, set the priority and the changes frequency.

After every change you have to 'Rebuild'.  You can choose witch linktypes you want to rebuild.

You find the changes also in 'Setttings'

To finish go to 'Search Engines' and check Bing and Google.

When you create a new node, you find there also the settings for xml sitemap.
